1. Remedy of a Privacy Violation: In the event of an actual or alleged privacy violation, the Nova World Immigration Services Legal Department will take necessary action to mitigate and limit the harm caused by the violation. If a privacy violation is likely to lead to litigation, the Nova World Immigration Services Legal Department shall immediately inform the Nova World Immigration Services Executive Management.
3. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY:
